  • Should I be using this in the morning and night?

    To start, use we recommend using this cleanser every other day—and if your skin is dry, that might be enough! As skin acclimates, you can build up to daily use if you want. But we still recommend alternating with a gentle daily cleanser chosen for your skin type's needs. If your skin feels sensitive or dried out, use it less frequently.

  • Can I use this cleanser if I don't have acne?

    Yes! The exfoliating acids in our 2% BHA Cleanser are also great if you have any hyperpigmentation or dark spots, uneven skin tone, overall dullness, visible pores, or end of day shine.

  • Can I use this cleanser on my body?

    Yes! Our 2% BHA Cleanser is safe to use on both your face and your body.

  • Is this cleanser safe for pre-teens/teens?

    While our 2% BHA Cleanser was tested for safety and efficacy on adults, it should be safe for both teens and pre-teens. We always recommend checking with the child's doctor before starting any new skincare regimen.

  • Is this safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

    Our Azelaic Acid BHA/AHA Cleanser wasn’t tested on people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and some doctors recommend limiting the use of AHAs and BHAs during that time. We suggest checking with your doctor before adding this product to your routine.
