Why did you get rid of the B-L3 complex? I was an auto shipper of the barrier cream and noticed the cream was different my last shipment. It would have been nice to know. I was considering venturing out to the ectoin line, but I see the B-L3 has been removed from that as well. You’ve lost a customer.

When we re-launched our barrier+ Triple Lipid Peptide Cream with BL-3 last year (Feb 2024), many members from our community voiced that they preferred the original version. After much internal discussion, we've decided to re-launch that original formula, which does not have BL-3. The original offers the same hydration benefits -- it hydrates instantly and over time -- and we're excited to have had the opportunity to hear our community. We will still have this complex available in our barrier+ Triple Lipid Activating Serum, Lip Treatment, Eye Treatment and our Eczema+ Collections. Our barrier+ Triple Lipid Peptide Cream is still proven to improve 6 signs of aging: Hydrating, radiance boosting, firming, plumping, smoothing, and softening. Many of the main ingredients of the original remain the same with the exception of the removal of the B-L3(TM) complex. We hope this helps! 💙
